Last night, one of the best shows on television ended. Five years after continuing the story already made into a film inspired by the novel from author H. G. Bissinger, Friday Night Lights has run its final play.

It's odd though; for some, the season hasn't even started. Friday Night Lights first runs on Direct TV and then jumps to a major network--in this case, NBC.

On NBC, Friday Night Lights begins its final season on April 15. If you haven't seen the series, I recommend it. It really is something special, even if you don't like football.

  we see a whole herd group of these sized people at this ice cream place me and the hubby go to every summer. there is this dish they all go there for (that is probably meant for a family, but they eat it alone). it's basically a whole funnel cake and about 5 scoops of ice cream, then the toppings. it's so disgusting to watch. i really have to hold my tongue/barf when i see them gluttonizing. :(
