Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Final Boss Revealed
by Alice O'Connor, Feb 08, 2011 1:15pm PSTWith Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds due to launch for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 next week, developer and publisher Capcom has unveiled the final boss.
Which Marvel or Capcom figure could cap off a cross-over of such epic proportions? Could it be Ramon Salazar from Resident Evil 4, or perhaps The Red Ghost and his Super-Apes? While Capcom has no qualms about blurting this information out, we'll at least do you the courtesy of concealing it below.
If you hadn't already seen the leaked footage, then surprise! It's the Devourer of Worlds himself, Marvel's planet-eating Galactus. It would seem that once again, Earth is on his dinner menu.
As well as pummeling you with his own fabulous gauntlets and zapping space-beams, Galactus will transform MvC 3 characters into gleaming, Silver Surfer-style heralds to slap you around a bit too. Have a gander at the boss battle in this new trailer:
