Dungeons looks like a clone of Dungeon Keeper which excites me to no end.

      Really? Interesting!

I will have to research more about Dungeons; I haven't even heard about this game until now.

Don't get too exited. Very high price for a game that LOOKS like Dungeon Keeper. I would pay Bullfrog 44.99 euros for a DK3, but I don't pay some smart asses 44.99 to rip off a game classic.

Yes. I wish bullfrog released that DK3. There were plans for it, and I remember seeing a teaser for it where it showcased outdoor environments.

It looks to much like DC2 to excite me. Doesn't seem like it brings anything new to the table. I look at the sceens and videos and only think "Hey I played this game already"

Don't get your hopes up, RPS has an article on it that makes it sounds more like a Tower Defense game and not a dungeon building one:

Of course if that's your thing, go ahead, but do not buy it on the basis that it's a DK2 clone or you will be very disappointed.
