Killzone 3 'Retro Map Pack' DLC Unveiled
by Alice O'Connor, Feb 03, 2011 3:30pm PSTKillzone 2 multiplayer maps 'Salamun Market' and 'Blood Gracht' are the two arenas that have been "thoroughly updated and reworked" for Killzone 3's 'Retro Map Pack' DLC, developer Guerrilla Games has revealed.
The Retro Map Pack DLC is available free if you pre-order Killzone 3 from any major retailers, or if you yearn for another replica video game helmet and cough up $130 for the Helghast Edition. It'll also be sold separately.
Killzone 3 is scheduled to launch on February 22, exclusively for PlayStation 3. A multiplayer open beta kicked off today, while a single-player demo is due on February 15, though PlayStation Plus subscribers will get to play it from February 8.

I hate it when devs do this. If it's the same god damn map, release it for free. Bad Company 2 has the right idea with this.
