Grab your crash helmet, Sega is bringing us back to the races. Sega has revealed it will revive its Rally brand with a new downloadable game, entitled Sega Rally Online Arcade.
Coming to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, the game is "a new HD title inspired by Sega Rally Revo and Sega Rally 3." As the name would indicate, Sega Rally Online Arcade will allow players to face-off against drivers from around the globe in online multiplayer. According to the announcement press release, the game will feature six-player races and 13 rally vehicles to choose from.
Sega Rally Online Arcade will also feature Championship Battle and Time Attack modes and leaderboard support.
Sega Rally Online Arcade is set to launch sometime in 2011 for the PSN and XBLA.
