Shining Force, Gunstar Heroes, ToeJam & Earl and More Sega Genesis Classics Hit PC

Sega's mission to re-release classic Sega Genesis games for download on PC has finally struck gold. The fourth batch, available now, packs wonders including three Shining Force titles, Gunstar Heroes and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 from $2.99 apiece.

Currently the games are available only on GamersGate, though they should soon follow earlier batches and hit Steam, Direct2Drive and other digital distributors too.

While Sega's decision to label some of the earlier batches "Classics" was somewhat questionable, this lot is a bit of a stonker. Here's a list of the fourteen 'new' releases:

      I'd definitely pick it up if it had online coop. I doubt they'd put that much effort into it though.

        That would be nice, but at the very least they've got to have local MP with a combination of keyboard/mouse and controller(s). It's just not TJ&E without the squabbling over presents.
