The offerings are pretty slight for the moment as far as major stand-out applications and games, but everyone should get the official Twitter client (Tweetie 2.0).

Rockstar usually does a fairly good job (pc vice city had fingers o0"). GTA4 was pretty messed up, but to be fair, the console versions kinda ran like shit as well (pretty much low setting with around 25 fps tops).
Mafia II looked gorgeous on pc and oddly enough worked better with M+K than controller. ME1 was better on pc as well. Not sure if Dragon Age counts, but ya that was nice.
So ya, list some of the better pc console ports or what not =P
