After re-watching Band of Brothers over the long Christmas weekend, I watched The Pacific over the long New Years weekend. Definitely very different shows, which I'm chalking up to the differences in source material. The books that were used to create The Pacific were both written by soldiers that served in the Pacific theater of war and focused much more on what the soldiers went through and less on the overarching objectives of the US armed forces.
I still prefer Band of Brothers since the pacing is a bit quicker and it ties in better to the historical record, but The Pacific was also quite excellent.

I hate The Kid! And I hate his stupid smiling face! I did, however, finally unlock him after four hours of trying. Maybe I should try sucking less or whatever, but this game is hard! I also fear I'll run into even more difficult levels. :/
Which levels have given you a headache?
