Rock Band 3 DLC: Billy Joel

The promised Billy Joel downloadable content for Rock Band 3 is due to arrive next week, Harmonix has announced, bringing a dozen tracks from the songster. From Piano Man to We Didn't Start the Fire, it's a fair feast of tunes.

"The addition of the keyboard made me interested in bringing my music to Rock Band," said Joel. "The game introduces music to an enthusiastic audience in a powerful way, and now also helps players get a grasp on the fundamentals of the keyboard."

The tracks will be released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii on December 14, priced at $1.99 (160 Microsoft Points; 200 Wii Points) per song. The full dozen will also be sold slightly discounted for $19.99 (1,600 MS Points; 2,000 Wii Points) in the 'Billy Joel The Hits: Rock Band Edition' pack. Certain tracks, those marked with an X in the list below, will also offer Pro Guitar and Pro Bass expansions for $0.99 per song.
