In the latest trailer for Dead Space 2, we're given a small glimpse at life on the civilian space station dubbed "The Sprawl."

Actually, the video is heavy on the gory death that takes place on the civy-stronghold and rather light on the life part.

We also catch a moment of terror that paralyzes the game's, now talkative hero, Isaac Clarke. According to developer Visceral Games, Clarke has become deeply troubled from his first encounter with the necromorphs but must suck it up and face off against the mutated horde once more.

As for us, we're still troubled by that gameplay clip that featured a mutated monster puking all over Clarke's face. That was seriously messed up.

Dead Space 2 will launch for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on January 25, 2011. A demo is scheduled to arrive on December 21 for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

Terrible quality, sounds like I'm listening to a 128kbps mp3.

Indeed. I wish Shacknews would stop hosting such low quality videos and link to somewhere else.

It's called down-load-ing. You should try it sometime.

Can't believe people will actually bitch about livestream quality when theres a HQ download link right in front of their face.

The high quality link is equally terrible though.

In 2010 when I watch a video I shouldn't have to download something to not have it sound like I'm listening to it through 2 tin cans a some string, IMO.
