Bungie Previews Noble Map Pack With Three Videos

Halo: Reach's first DLC map pack will be released tomorrow--probably very late tonight if you stay up--and Bungie has posted three video "Quick Looks" featuring each of the pack's three maps.

The maps are Anchor 9, Tempest, and Breakpoint. The videos are embedded below in that order. If you crave more coverage, please read my preview of the maps. All three can be had in the Noble Map Pack, which releases tomorrow for 800 MS Points ($10).

I am constantly impressed with their attention to detail. I think it's great how they take into consideration all these different factors like how long it takes to get to certain places and the engagement distances across the map. Also, that is one of the coolest looking maps I have ever seen. It seems like today's MP games become purely about competition too often the element of presentation is lost. That scene with the giant planet spreading out below really looks like it would be gorgeous on your huge TV.
