Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam Trailer Showcases Setting, Shooting, 'Splosions

With Battlefield: Bad Company 2's downloadable expansion Vietnam launching this season, developer DICE has drafted community manager Daniel Matros to give the run-down of its features, from new maps and tanks to iron sights and flamethrowers.

Vietnam is slated for a downloadable release some time this winter on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It'll cost you $14.99 (1,200 Microsoft Points).

EA/DICE, stop with the videos and release the damn thing already. only piece of information about this i care about right now is a SOLID DATE. wish theyd release that map pack too. bfbc2 is probably my favorite game this year, but my squad has kinda given up on the game in the last month... sick of playing the same maps over... and over... and over... and over...

Did he really say only 2 new maps? I thought it was going to be 4. I really don't see why they can't put up a better showing like 6 maps, I've not heard of there being any sp campaign. I really doubt new gun models and a couple vehicles take that much time.

Who wants to put some money on wether or not this is set to target Black Ops and try to take some players back from it?

Sad when developers just cannibalize other developers because they think it will magically give them their competitors mojo. You'd think they would have learned by now.
