Since we first went hands-on with NetherRealm's Mortal Kombat, we've been looking forward to seeing (and playing) more.

While the last Mortal Kombat retail release was tamer than we're used to--and for good reason, you can't rip out Superman's spine--the next installment returns players to the brutal fun many of us grew up with.

In the newest trailer for the game, we get a longer look at Sub-Zero's plethora of damage-dealing moves. As explained in the trailer, the Sub-Zero featured in Mortal Kombat is actually the brother of the original, who seeks vengeance for his death.

Mortal Kombat is coming to the Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2011.

Allow me to break the ice.

Looking forward to it, and also hope they might bring a PC version out some time as they said it could be possible.

The possibility of a PC port is certainly chilling!

The last few iterations of MK had left me feeling somewhat cold to the franchise, but things could be heating up!!!
