Borderlands Game of the Year Edition Coming to Mac on December 3
by Brian Leahy, Nov 18, 2010 12:20pm PSTGearbox Software and Mac publisher Feral Interactive are bringing Borderlands to the Mac on December 3 in its Game of the Year Edition flavor, which includes all four DLC packs for the game.
"We are absolutely thrilled that Mac gamers will now be able to join in on the world of Pandora in Borderlands," said Gearbox president Randy Pitchford. "The best part is that every Mac gamer gets to experience the game plus all the ass-kicking add-on packs for Borderlands! They are getting the full complete package, and this is the best way to enjoy such an extravasplosive game like Borderlands."
The game is available for pre-order directly from Feral Interactive and will run you $50, which includes free shipping for the box. It is unlikely that this release will support Steam Play for current Borderlands owners as 2K Games is not publishing the Mac SKU, but Shacknews has contacted Gearbox for more information.
The minimum system requirements are: "1.8 GHz Intel Mac with at least 2 GB RAM, 128MB or better graphics card, DVD drive, and Mac OS X v10.6.4 or later. The following cards are NOT supported: ATI X1xxx series, NVIDIA 7xxx series and Intel GMA series."
In other Mac news, the Grand Theft Auto III Trilogy is now available for the platform at $14.99 each from GameTree.

Also the GTA 3 triology. I assume I won't be able to play when I have VC on Steam, is that correct?
