    I always seem to dodge this bullet. Technical issues on PC games? Yeah, thats for other people.

      Same here usually, I dodged it with Tribes 2...I mean I had no issues what-so-ever and that game gave soooo many people problems with it first released.

        I doubt you were playing from day 1 then. The original game used to give everyone and their mom Unhanded Exceptions (UEs) for a week or two, but then they patched it up flawlessly... then Sierra fired the whole dev team and hired new guys which proceeded to make a half assed patch which ended up hurting the game a lot.

          I literally bought it on day one. I just had incredible luck for some reason. That having been said it was fairly demanding but I was ok with that because I was like "when I upgrade it'll be beautiful" and as I remember a lot of the detail got removed (I seem to remember trees or something going missing in places).

            Yeah, actually I remember the same thing. One of the patches I believe they actually toned down the graphics so it ran better if I remember right or something like that, interesting.
