LOVEFiLM Movie and Television Streaming Launches Wednesday for UK PS3s

LOVEFiLM's movie and television streaming service--similar to Netflix in the US and Canada--will launch on British PlayStation 3 consoles this Wednesday, November 10 (via Eurogamer)

The PS3 service was announced just under one month ago and requires a LOVEFiLM subscription package of 5.99 pounds per month or more.

The service will kick off with access to thousands of movies and television shows with support for browsing and searching for titles on the PS3 in for launch.

    same day as Kinect launches? Trying to rain on Kinect's parade and grab some headlines with the timing of this release.

    Still I'm glad - been really looking forward to subscription based streaming to one of my consoles.
