  • It's really good and I love it ( I got HTC Mozart ) but there are some things that absolutely piss me off.

The contacts integration with Live Messenger and so on. I like to keep the people in my phone and people in my live messenger and people in facebook separate. Well tough luck, no more separation. You erase someone from your phone book, they're also gone out of your messenger friends if they exist there.

I got my phone 4 days ago. I logged on to the service provider web page to check my data usage and I've used 83% ( of 512mb ) of my monthly data. I didn't download jack shit, there's nothing to download. The only things I downloaded ( 4 demos and a couple of other apps ) were at home using WiFi. So my issue is I have no idea what is accessing the net and how much of it is being chewed up. For the time being data services are disabled, 3G is disabled until I figure out what the fuck is going on.

I'm guessing my first bill will come in at 400% of what it should be. But I understand that's not microsoft's problem, it's my fault for not knowing what to do. Other than that it's a great phone.

  • I've had my Omnia 7 for about 2 weeks now (yay for an early UK launch!) gotta say its a really great device, better than the 3g iPhone i was using before, yea not everyone will like the style (personally I love it) hopefully if you see it in action you might get a better impression.

As for the games, personally my favourite of the launch lineup is Twin Blades (Zombie slashing / shoot em up with a sweet upgrade system and rather pretty graphics) or OMG (forward scrolling shooter in the Geo Wars art style, tap enemies for bonus points and crazy bullett hell mode)

Outside the OS the "standard" apps (facebook, imdb, last.fm) all work really well and look suitably pretty but the lack of multitasking is as much of a bitch as it was on 3.1 iOS
