Some judges appear to favor California state's position, others don't, and some aren't showing their cards just yet.
It's going to be a long process and we plan to follow it all very closely.

Trying to decide which system to buy multi-plats for. I really enjoy the trophy system (more so than achievements) but xbox live leaves something to be desired with the ps3. The convenience of talking to friends when single player'ing it up is really nice.
Note: Not trying to start any fan boy crap, just honestly trying to make a decision.
