    I've been expecting a mobile games crash for years but it's yet to happen. Despite having the same problems that caused the console crash in the 1980s (i.e. too many titles, too low quality, being spread to thin across multiple systems) the mobile games industry has managed to avoid crashing and burning.
    
    I think what's keeping it afloat at this point is the relatively low price point of the games. It's a lot easier to shrug off having spent $1 on a crap game than it is to shrug off spending $50+
