F.E.A.R. 3 Now Due in March 2011
by Alice O'Connor, Oct 29, 2010 6:21am PDTFollowing on from reports that F.E.A.R. 3 had been delayed into 2011, publisher Warner Bros. has revealed to IGN that Day 1 Studios's spooky shooter sequel will be released on March 22, 2011 for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
As is customary, there'll be retailer-specific pre-order bonuses. Amazon shoppers get a 12-page prequel comic book penned by the game's writer--and 30 Days of Night creator--Steve Niles, while Best Buy and Gamestop both offer unique in-game guns.
The announcement is celebrated with a tense new trailer, filled with spooky scenes, ghoulish fiends and things that go "AHHHHHHHHHHH!" in the night.
