Steam Offering a Week of THQ Deals; Red Faction Titles 75% Off Today

Starting today until November 1, THQ is offering discounts on its catalog of titles available on Steam. Each day will highlight a new title, or franchise, beginning today with Red Faction.

Gamers looking to add additional carnage to their Steam library can grab any of the available games in the Red Faction universe for 75% off each.

Red Faction - $2.49 (down 75% from $9.99)
Red Faction 2 - $2.49 (down 75% from $9.99)
Red Faction Guerrilla - $4.99 (down 75% from $14.99)

It's unclear what the other titles in the promotion will be but we wouldn't recommend you buy Metro 2033, Saint's Row 2, Darksiders, or anything related to Dawn of War and Company of Heroes until the entire promotion has been revealed.

If Saints Row 2 does come up and you're running Windows 7 x64 then avoid.

The game is completely bugged and won't start and the developer doesn't care about fixing it.

Worst Steam purchase ever, I wish I could have gotten a refund for it :( but at least I got it cheap on a sale.

I hope Darksiders does go on sale and a few of my friends (l4d buddies) will pick it up. Great game, and the sequel may possibly have co-op. Need to stoke their enthusiasm fires so i can have a team on launch day.
