The Witcher 2 Console Release Uncertain; PC Version on Track for March
by Brian Leahy, Oct 21, 2010 11:20am PDTCD Projekt's Tomasz Gop told Eurogamer that the now "potential" console versions of The Witcher 2 will not be day and date with the PC version, if they are released at all.
News of the game's existence cropped up in September 2009 with a leak of some early footage, which prompted CD Projekt to announce the project along with its intention to release the game on consoles.
In March, CD Projekt's PR representative clarified that the engine used for The Witcher 2 is "capable of console development," but that the team was "focusing on the PC version at this time." In May, CD Projekt tweeted that it "always wanted and still plans to develop The Witcher 2 on consoles - nothing has changed.
While the company has historically been cagey about the console versions, this is the first time they have been referred to as a "potential" release. Thankfully, the PC version of The Witcher 2 is still on track for a March 2011 release.

The controls do take a bit of time, but I like games that take a bit of skill to master. :) They are pretty simple once you get the hang of them, just like riding a bike.
**I tried playing the game from the start again -- after I had got more than half way through -- just to see why I didn't like it and it kind of came down to me not being familiar with the character and not being able to relate. BUT that does change and that's when the game takes on its AWESOME!
Anyways, you should really give it another chance. :)
