Now that Halo: Reach is in millions of homes, it's easy to forget that live-action trailer used to hype the game's release. If you watched it and wondered, "How'd they find all those off duty Spartans and Elites to film this commercial?" then, Microsoft just released a video you should watch.

The "Making Of the Deliver Hope" trailer tells the real story. They were just actors. Well, color us disappointed. Crafted in-part by those creative folks at Legacy--of Iron Man and Avatar fame--the 'Making Of' trailer showcases the development of the Spartan and Elite armor and some of the special effects. Now, can we just get a movie going, already?

The making of a trailer? How about the making of the game like they did with GOW3. They need to have a fucking 12 season box set for the Making of Duke Nukem and a full length feature film for the making of GT5. The GT5 movie, however, will get delayed and the Duke Nukem seasons won't come out for another 12- 20 years.

I'd be more interested in the "Making of the Making of the trailer".

When it comes to Halo, the "Making of the trailer" is more interesting than anything dealing with the actual game.
