Read Shacknews on Your iPad in the Latest Version of GameFly's GameCenter App
by Garnett Lee, Oct 04, 2010 4:20pm PDTIf you've got an iPad, we've got a new way for you to read Shacknews on it. Our parent company, GameFly, just updated its free GameCenter app to version 1.2.7 with a number of nice iPad features. Click the news tab and you'll get the full Shacknews feed as always, now presented in an easy to use two column layout. All the latest stories are displayed to the left. Selecting one opens it in the large central pane for reading.

We've also updated our video and screenshots for display on the iPad. Tap either in a story and they open full screen. For screenshots, the entire gallery can then be browsed by swiping back and forth. It's a great way to see all the latest images from a game and a nice way to show off your iPad to boot.
We want GameCenter to be great way to take Shack with you on the go. Check it out and let us know what you think.
