Minecraft Halloween Update Detailed
by Brian Leahy, Oct 04, 2010 12:40pm PDTMinecraft will be getting a Halloween themed update on October 31, according to a blog post by developer Notch.
The feature list is written "in character" for the Halloween update, players should expect a new realm for fast travel, new monsters, torches that burn out, fishing, multiplayer features, and more.
In company news, Notch continues to make progress in setting up his company and the group has interviewed two artists, spoke with lawyers about paperwork, and failed to get an office. Such is the high-flying life of indie game development.
