According to representatives for the game, the Xbox Live Arcade version--priced at 800MS Points ($10)--was supposed to launch yesterday; however, the game is currently not available for download on Xbox Live or from the Xbox.com Marketplace. Shacknews has contacted reps for the game to find out what happened.

[Original Story] Grab a candle and get ready to run because Atari's Haunted House revival is now available on PC. Announced in July, the ImaginEngine-developed title brings the series back to celebrate its 30 year anniversary.

Haunted House is currently available on Steam, Direct2Drive, and Impulse for $19.99. The classic version of the game can be found on Microsoft's Game Room service and in a box somewhere in your grandmother's attic.

A downloadable version of Haunted House is coming to the Xbox Live Arcade, as well as a retail version on the Nintendo Wii. Shacknews has contacted representatives connected to the game's release for a status update on the other versions but have yet to hear back at the time of publishing.
