Worms: Battle Islands Announced for Wii
The game is said to bring back the "classic" Worms gameplay along with "all-new extensive online multiplayer support, customizable weapons and environments" across "30 single-player campaign mode missions, 30 brain teasing single-player Puzzle challenges and five different multiplayer game modes on or offline."
The game will include 40 different weapons and allow gamers to customize the appearance of the worms as well as create new weapons.

replyI'm confused. I thought Team17 said they were going to stop producing games and just publish indie games for people? Now they are making another worms that is published by a 3rd party?

As long as they spend some of that to patch the horrific Worms Reloaded pc release, I'm fine with that.

if i remember right, team17 was talking about self-publishing digital download releases, not necessarily retail releases.
