Space Sim 'Evochron Mercenary' Launches With Demo
by Alice O'Connor, Sep 17, 2010 8:28am PDTOne-man indie studio StarWraith 3D Games today launched its sandbox sci-fi space sim sequel Evochron Mercenary, complete with a demo you can grab on FileShack.
The timed demo offers ninety minutes to sample the delights of Mercenary's singleplayer mode, which include "buying, trading, negotiating, bribing, spying, racing, escorting, transporting, mining, exploring, cleaning equipment, clearing paths through asteroid fields, recruiting, protecting, hiring crew members, fuel harvesting, building stations, and designing/selling ships." It's all a little overwhelming.
If you take a shine to it, you can buy the full version direct from StarWraith for $29.95.
