    Except when you go for a cheese build it's pretty much just an all-in.
    Or even if it's not, you are so far behind economically that it might has well have. It may be a 'real' strategy, but it is also a terrible one. Terrible things get ridiculed all the time and this is no exception.
    
    And most of the time, people who cheese there way to the top have no idea how to play after that.
