I want to limit my internet use.

I'm looking for a hardware solution because I have no self-control. I waste so much time on the internet, and I don't lead a balanced life at all.
I made a ruleset, and I generated a random router password, made no attempts to copy it or memorize it, then gave a little printout to my girlfriend, along with instructions to not return it until mid-september.

Unfortunately I've found simple ways around it. Mac address fakery, or changing my ip address (this shit router does not allow you to mac-address-filter wired connections, only wireless).
What firmware or router has the most comprehensive access restriction rules? This WRT54GS version 6 is a crippled piece of shit, but I've been reading up on the other popular firmwares (tomato, etc) and they all still seem lacking.

Can something allow me to deny traffic to all mac addresses but one?
To mac-address-filter to allow only certain mac's on not only wireless, but wired connections, to prevent me from circumventing my own system? The girl still needs access to the internet with her laptop, so flat out disconnection is out.

Anything that can monitor time usage at urls and ration you out time? Like 30 minutes per day? Past certain times of day?

This is designed to deny me access to certain forums, news sites, porn sites, game sites, and whatnot. I could never block Shacknews... But could I ration it?
I find myself on the internet far too late. I should be trying to unwind.

Any effortless work-around (a hardware reset of the router is something that I would consider both too humiliating and a pain in the ass) makes this useless to me.
