  • What is going to happen if Daikatana becomes a huge success???
are all of you assnecks going to go run and hide with your nutsacs shriveled into your abdomen in shame???...
im Seriously dissapointed in how the community is taking this....If memory serves me right a certain game named.... UT was the center of much speculation on how much it would suck...but alas...it didnt. In fact it defeated Quake3 hands down by ohh....lets say 98% of all reviews total!

So all im saying is Dont Judge a Book by Its Cover
    .......ass

  • just to clear something up, i dont listen to these bands because of MTV....In fact i despise mtv, and any band it touches turns to mushy dog p00p.....I also think that if someone starts liking a group agter they get popular then you are a poser!!

but thats what i just think, alot of these bands i listened to b4 they went big like Limp BiZkiT i remember i brought the cd to school one day and everyone was like "wtf kinda name is that for a band...they gotta suck" but i didnt listen and kept on rockin as did The Limp

  • Holy man-made mammaries, yet another release date.

If this time is for real, wouldn't Eidos or ION Storm release an official press statement, to prepare any and all potential customers? To be honest, it's yet another rediculous event in an even bigger joke. When the game finally does ship, I'll bet there's going to be no official word, just some second-hand, word-of-mouth hoo-ha that is no different than the other top-down corporate garbage that started the whole Daikatana fiasco in the first place.

Hey Romero, why where's your hip-hop publicist and fancy advertizing now? Why aren't you getting our attention mere days before the game's release?

    Thanks!

  • I played the demo again today in the Greek period. Yes, I was still surprised at how mediocre and unpolished it is. The boring linear play and stupid weapons made me finaly delete it, but the scenary reminded of a Q2 mod by Neil Manke (sp?). I forget the name but I never realised how good those days were. Someone would make a single player level(s) with new textures and models and it felt like a whole new game. Some of them were so much fun that I played them more than once. Maybe id games just have good enough weapons to make any good map fun, whatever the reason, it's a shame that those guys could come up with such good mods and not be rich and famous.
