Indie game fans on a budget, take note. The action-title featuring robots, ninjas and any combination of the two has been discounted by 80% on Steam until August 26.

A single copy of Plain Sight can be added to your Steam library for $2 (down from $9.99), while four-packs are available for $6 (down from $29.99).

If flying through space as a ninja-robot in an epic multiplayer battle is your idea of fun, you might want to check it out. If that description doesn't sound fun to you at all, your life is either awesome or totally boring.

So anyone played this game? What's it like?

It's pretty fun, something different. You jump around, you can lock on and charge a dash onto other people and steal their energy,

You don't get points unless you 'explode', banking your stored up energy. If you die before you can bank it someone else runs off with your energy.

      I recommend it.

It seems like it would be awesome in drunken shack battles.

They had a good Quick Look / Preview on Giant Bomb a few months ago. IIRC, one of the programmers was present.

Definitely pick up the 4 pack for a few mates. Such a laugh, very hectic. For the price you can't really go wrong.
