Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Dated: October 5
by Brian Leahy, Aug 19, 2010 11:40am PDTCastlevania: Lords of Shadow will be released on October 5 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The title is being developed by MercurySteam (Clive Barker's Jericho) with support from Kojima Productions. Hideo Kojima is the game's executive producer.

"Gabriel [Belmont] must track down the mysterious Lords of Shadow in order to unite the pieces of a relic called "The God Mask" that can purify the world and has the power to bring the dead back to life. Along Gabriel's journey gamers will traverse over 50 diverse and beautifully realized 3D stages, come up against over 45 enemies, and defeat huge adversaries in real time with skill, power and timing."
We caught up with Konami at E3 2010 to discuss Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.

However I am looking forward to this one, since I am a big castlevania fan, and hope they can actually do a 3d version properly this time.
Plus Kojima is on it, so this should turn out well.
