Innocent young trick-or-treaters are transformed into giant robots, knights and armoured unicorns to battle rampaging monsters in the first trailer for Psychonauts and Brutal Legend developer Double Fine's Hallowe'en 'em up action-RPG Costume Quest.

The first of Double Fine's four "small" games, Costume Quest is scheduled for release via Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network before October 31--Hallowe'en.

I don't know if I could call it an action-RPG. It looks much more "JRPG-lite", like a smaller Paper Mario or Earthbound. Which is awesome.
