Report: 31 Rock Band 3 Tracks Revealed via Video

5
At Gamescom 2010, a video (since removed) with Rock Band 3 running the background has been picked apart by fans and a new list of possible tracks has been circulating for new tracks for Rock Band 3, according to RockBandAide.

If this list is legitimate, some big standouts include John Lennon's "Imagine", Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Free Bird", and The Who's "I Can See For Miles"... but that's just my preference for classic rock showing.

    Possible Rock Band 3 tracks
  • The Bronx - False Alarm
  • Lynyrd Skynyrd - Free Bird
  • Beach Boys - Good Vibrations (Live)
  • Tegan and Sara - The Con
  • Riverboat Gamblers - Don't Bury Me... I'm Still Not Dead
  • The Police - Don't Stand So Close to Me
  • Blondie - Heart of Glass
  • The Who - I Can See For Miles
  • James Brown - I Got You (I Feel Good)
  • Ramones - I Wanna Be Sedated
  • John Lennon - Imagine
  • Big Country - In a Big Country
  • Primus - Jerry Was a Race Car Driver
  • Echo and the Bunnymen - Killing Moon
  • Dover - King George
  • Raveonettes - Last Dance
  • The Sounds - Living in America
  • Phish - Llama
  • Faith No More - Midlife Crisis
  • Paramore - Misery Business
  • Queens of the Stone Age - No One Knows
  • At the Drive-In - One Armed Scissor
  • The Muffs - Outer Space
  • Golden Earring - Radar Love
  • Amy Winehouse - Rehab
  • Elton John - Saturday Night's Alright (For Fighting)
  • Deep Purple - Smoke on the Water
  • The Smiths - Stop Me If You've Heard This One Before
  • Dire Straits - Walk of Life
  • Warren Zevon - Werewolves of London
  • Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots Pt. 1

Rock Band 3 will be released on October 26 for the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, and DS. The game will feature 83 songs on-disc.

I'm gonna bet this build just has a ton of internal RB DLC which may or may not actually be legal and finished.

It very well could be. I do note that there was a leaked list about a month ago of songs in the game, and these two lists still collaborate with each other.

Even if these are DLC they haven't released, DAMN we've got a lot of good stuff to look for in the future.

But really, the overall set list with these songs and previously announced feels "right" for a Rock Band game. I can't really see this being DLC.

I agree with that sentiment. These are all songs that people have been wondering why we haven't gotten. Especially songs like Smoke On The Water and Freebird, being at opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of difficulty, make sense for the Pro Guitar mode. It's common knowledge that most people learn how to play Smoke On The Water early in their guitar playing. It seems like a good fit as a starter song for the Pro mode. Also, you can't go wrong with Werewolves of London.
