Young Padawans in BioWare's MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic will get to choose between 'Guardian' and 'Sentinel' subclasses as a Jedi Knight, the developer has revealed.

The Guardian 'Advanced Class' apparently uses Force to wear heavy armour and are said to be "known for inspiring to amazing feats, making them invaluable for conflicts of any size." Warriors, then. The dual lighbsaber-wielding Sentinels, on the other hand, use the Force to "see holes in the enemy defense, potential flaws in their own technique and how best to plan for both." A space-rogue.

Star Wars: The Old Republic is scheduled for a spring 2011 launch on PC.
