I hear how the technology is this and the story is that, but what the fuck do you DO in this game?
So, I can see that the shooting mechanics look decent enough and the physics seem cute, but other than taking this character through the story exactly how am I living the life of a mobster?
Through the story? or am I DOING the things mobster do?
Let me put it a different way.
Godfather 2 was an awesome game. Sure it had issues, but you got to DO what mobsters do. It was tongue and cheek and it could have used the flair and noir style that Mafia offers, but I'll take DOING over WATCHING any day.
So its with great anticipation that I am waiting for the demo. I've had my game paid for since they announced it back in February but if this game is shooting and watching. I'll cancel it and keep playing Godfather 2 which to me is a blast to play and wait for this to be like 20 buck and pick it up then.
I want something to do, not watch.
