    Yes. It's the full game for 7 hours of play time or 7 days from when you install it - whichever comes sooner.

        I would imagine it starts ticking when you redeem the code on the website, but it might start ticking when you first log in as well.

        Character name, yes. You can use your email to become Real ID friends with someone if you want to. Not necessary tho.

        The name you put in when you start the game up for the first time. They might want to add something to let people know it will be your online identifier and you are stuck with it forever.
