Medal of Honor Beta Ends Tomorrow on PC and PS3, Xbox 360 Beta Runs Until August 9

Tomorrow will be the end of the Medal of Honor beta on the PC and PlayStation 3, while the Xbox 360 beta, which launched late, will run until August 6.

Personally, I was not impressed with the beta, but I'd like to hear what you thought now that it's coming to a close. DICE has detailed some changes that will be incorporated in the final version shipping with the full game on October 12:

Improved hit detection
Breath control for all classes
Crash fixes
Improved control input mapping
In-game HUD polished
All weapon stats are now updated in the spawn menu
Spawn points tweaked

This game is what I was worried it was going to be...a distraction from either creating new maps for BFBC2 or from creating Battlefield 3 proper.

The MP feels very Meh, and its not just one aspect that makes it feel this way, its every aspect of the multiplayer that feels like this.

Brian I'll try to wait for you final review, however, the clever bastards at EA knowing they have a potential turd are bundling the Battlefield 3 beta with MoH LE...I really want to try out that game!!!

I loved the game. It was nothing like MW2, with it's tiny, claustrophobic spaces. MoH really felt more open.

i wanted so hard to love this beta but it was an utter disappointment, it tried to be both COD: MW2 and BC2 but failed so hard but im still going to buy it for the signelplayer

I loved the map designs - Much beter than BF2 with it's empty huge wastelands.
Perfect sniper / rush maps
Also granades so much better than COD - They don't kill anyone within 1 mile :)

I personally thought it was fun !
Got me to stop playing MW2 and will be buying this day 1

I'm having fun but I too am not that impressed. I just don't see how this maintains a big enough multiplayer audience with a new versions of Halo and COD and with Bad Company 2 having the Vietnam expanison.

I really like the maps but I can't help but feel they would play better in Bad Company 2.

Unfortuanlty for them, the beta did convince me to cancel my preorder for MOH and wait until it goes on sale.

The videos from E3 looked cool, but after playing it in the beta I wasn't impressed. It just seemed like a copy of modern warfare which I got bored with fast. If they were going to copy a game they should have modeled it after bad company 2 as that game has so much more depth and replay value.
