Trials HD 'Big Thrills' DLC Seeking User-Made Levels
by Alice O'Connor, Jul 20, 2010 8:20am PDTFifty new Trials HD tracks will arrive in the physics-based motorcyle stunt game's 'Big Thrills' downloadable content pack, announced today by developer RedLynx.
RedLynx is creating forty of the tracks itself but the other ten will be picked from entries to a level creation contest. A $5,000 US grand prize is on offer, while all winners will score at least some Trials HD swag and get to see their creations included in the DLC.
The 'Big Thrills' DLC is slated for release in the fourth quarter of 2010. No price was announced, though for reference the 'Big Pack' DLC released in December 2009 offered thirty-five tracks and dozens of new physics objects for 400 Microsoft Points ($5).
