203Hello again, Internet. I'm properly back from the Develop 2010 conference now. It was jolly nice. A lot was awfully interesting and I'll have more to share over the next few days. What day is today? Not sure. Probably doesn't matter. Lovely people, just lovely.

at work, there are a couple people who think they make the best chili around, and thusly, we are going to have a chili cook off. i love to cook, so they asked if i wanted to participate.
now, i happen to a broken individual who doesn't particularly like chili, however, i want to make a go of it. i am fielding awesome chili recipes (because i know some of you make really good versions) and this weekend i am going to make one in a slow cooker and one in a dutch oven and then tweak for the contest.
please help and post your recipes.
