Evening Reading: Time to Sit Back and Unwind

Brian and I are both fighting off some sort of mid-summer cold but he got the worst of it today. That left me to knock off the rust and work some news feeds. So I got a firsthand reminder of what the summer videogame news doldrums are like.

There's certainly no shortage of good games to play. Along with NCAA Football (which I just reviewed) I've been enjoying the hell out of Puzzle Quest 2. I'll probably tap out a few words on it shortly. And I can not wait to get home and download DeathSpank to my retail 360. I've been playing it on my debug and it's blast.

If you're looking for something to play, we've also got 1000 beta keys for Divine Souls.

The comments are now diamonds! I wonder how long they will keep this up. I thought it was a one day thing, but...nope.

didn't he say somewhere that he'd be around until thursday? I can't imagine they'd extend it past another day, if they don't finish up tonight. Don't want to beat it into the ground too much.

They should stop after today or tomorrow. They're at the top, I think if they go much further they'll be in danger of killing the appeal.

Yup, they definitely shouldn't do it tomorrow. It's still good, but it's going to get old very very quickly.

I'm hoping they quit while they're ahead, its going to be very tempting to over saturate.
