Lumi Lights Up Xbox Live Indie Games
by Jeff Mattas, Jul 13, 2010 5:30pm PDTLumi, a beautiful new puzzle-platformer from Kydos Studio (MyBand, Soul), hit the Xbox Live Indie Games channel yesterday.
The game takes your typical "platform-ula" of collecting things (fireflies, in this case), but also employs a unique magnetism-based gameplay mechanic that allows players to navigate each level using different colored hubs. For some more information, and light impressions, head on over to Shacknews' sister-site, Indie Games Channel, for a quick read.
Lumi is currently available as an Xbox Live Indie Games download for 400 Microsoft Points ($5), and a free demo is available there as well.

Thank you Shacknews for including indie games worthy of note in your Front Page. Indie Games Channel does a great job of indie game coverage, but it's good to know that you are giving these small, indie games the exposure they deserve.
If you're not indie, F*CK YOU!
Please. I would love to be able to support all these small developers when they make a good game.
Added the demo to my queue but it looks like i will be buying this and Crossfire!
Keep 'em comin, guys!!
