I'm having fun playing it.

The combat and the game in general feels a lot like Max Payne without bullet time, especially thanks to the focus on the same kind of photo-texturing Max used. The story is like some awful pastiche of a Michael Mann movie.
I also hear the PC version was less bugged than the console version. -
Decent. I just finished it up on PC a couple weeks ago. Go slow, make your shots count. I have played far worse.
