Is Tropico fun?

And what's with Steam letting you play games that are only 60% downloaded?

  It's pretty ok. The cars/traffic mechanics will drive you nuts though.

  Tropico 3 didn't hold me past the tutorial. Good I got it cheap.

  Each Tropico game is quite fun and share similar mechanics. I think I'm more of a fan of Tropico 2 because it has pirates though. Tropico 3 is pretty much the first game with a few changes and additions though. :-(

  I had fun it held me for about a month. About the same for all of these city building type games for me. Though I always wanted to go back an build an airport. I never got that far...

  I built ,what in my eyes was, the perfect Island and haven't went back to the game since.
