What about celebrities? You know, Mr. T, Mila Kunis , Robin Williams... or whichever actor or celebrity plays WoW nowadays, if there are any...
That would really piss them off, wouldn't it?
Of course they won't post on the forums and in game only their nickname would show up so my point becomes moot. But still, there might be a celebrity posting and wouldn't want their names plastered on a gaming forum.-
Because posting on a game forum might affect their marketability? But only people reading the game forums are gonna know, until someone in "mainstream internet media" finds out and reports it somewhere on the internet that is, somehow, more acceptable to read about celebrities posting on a gaming forum.
(I can understand some occasions where rival developers might not want to post)-
The problem for celebrities is that they'll get spammed with all sorts of rubbish when people know who they are on the forums or in game.
