I thought Shawn Elliott got busted for having "frank and open discussions" about IGNs music section?

I think it had something to do with this.

I don't really follow guitar hero or rockband so I don't know the details, I just heard he was asked to not give his thoughts on such things in the future.

What do you mean by busted? Asked by who to not give his thoughts? Ken Levine? 2K? IGN?

Someone who is a higher pay grade I don't know who, I don't have all the facts, from my understanding didn't think it was a good idea to criticize IGN publicly. Probably because Take 2 Games partners with IGN to advertise, and IGN also reviews their games. It would be bad business to criticize a business partner.

If you are interested, I suggest you do some searching because I don't know all the details.
