THQ Already Planning Homefront: London
by Brian Leahy, Jun 28, 2010 4:00pm PDTIn an interview with CVG, THQ VP of core games revealed that the company has plans to take the Homefront franchise to London at some point after the 2011 release of the first game, which takes place in the war-ravaged USA following a North Korean attack and occupation.
"We've created this massive world of 2027. And it's global," said Bilson. "We haven't got there yet but you're going to see Homefront: London later on in the franchise. This is not just a game in the US." This is not an announcement of a sequel and it is safe to assume that any further games in the franchise depend on the sales of the first.
Homefront is due out in 2011 for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.

Some Insider Facts:
20+ people resigned from Kaos Studios in the last few months because the studio management is horrible. The art director was fired recently so that should tell you what state the studio is in right now. This gameplay trailer is a hacked piece of video which took almost a year to make and is may be only 1 map out of 7 other incomplete maps. At this pace it would take 5-7 years to finish the entire game at the quality of the trailer. Even If they complete it by 2011 there wont be any real gameplay or real story what so ever and for sure it wont have any fine tunned polishing that an FPS like MW2 or BC2 has.
