                          I thought iPhones were only locked to one carrier's SIM and not to one particular account. Like, if I gave someone else my iPhone 3G and wiped it, couldn't they set it up as a new phone and it would overwrite the SIM that's in there with their number? Or even just swap out one SIM with another? It shouldn't be permanently tied to my account.
