The Video Game Voters network is looking for a slogan to serve as the rallying cry in its fight against ignorance and ineptness, if you have a way with words and fancy doing your part for a better world. I would suggest that your suggestions avoid death threats, homophobia, leet speak, Family Guy references, misogyny, racism, spelling mistakes and the term "murder simulators." Ho ho! It's so true, isn't it? We're all terrible people!

Shack L4D2 Scavenge Tournament update

The poll for the prelim round shortening vote is now closed.

Results:

I was hoping for at least a 75% response rate, and a 66% majority decision.
The preliminary round is now over, due to popular demand.

The PST division will be represented by TFET and MLP as the #1 and 2 seeds.
The EST division will be represented by NO MAAM as the #1 seed, and the #2 seed will be determined after the week 3 matchups between OO, VT and ILTC are completed.

Maps will be: Port(passing 3), Mall, Motel.

    For the next one, it'll probably be versus and have a minimum hours of game time to participate. Too many flakes and no-shows in this one since there were a lot of casuals. Unlike other games where you have 8+ players, missing one guy isn't as severe. In addition, there is so much more emphasis on teamwork in L4D that missing a person or playing with a stranger almost invariably leads to worse performance.
